Nature Journalling at Wetlands Trust - Washington

Completed concertina journal - or Chapbook - for the Washington Wetlands Trust - Washington.

It was great to attend the launch of the Drawn to Water event at the Wetlands Trust at Washington recently. This is inspired the amazing Quentin Blake whose love for nature can be seen in his illustration work. The event includes wetland adventures of imagination, inspiration and illustration.

You will be able to collect an illustrated guide full of Quentin Blake’s drawings and journey around our wonderful wetland world this summer. New seasonal trails will be launched later in the year, each with a different illustrated guide to collect and keep.

There is a series of art and illustration activities aimed at all ages and abilities, including nature-inspired creative challenges, art workshops and much more, with new events and activities to enjoy throughout the year.

I will be at the WWT - Washington to run a nature journal workshop - all sold out now but there are going to be some more throughout the coming months so check back for dates.
